Since graduating with her Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University she’s been helping anyone from young and professional athletes, general health/fitness clients to older adults. Her clients are looking to improve performance, obtain various weight goals, or just change their lifestyle for the better. Currently, Chelsea is teaching weekly yoga classes and performs metabolic testing. She is also in progress of a Pilates certification due to finish up this spring.
